Ordering

Q. Why do I need to choose my country when adding an item into the cart?

A. As we are not dropshippers we have various items in stock that are only available for delivery within certain countries.  Each listing will show where that item is available for delivery.  When ordering, simply add the country where you live and then add the item(s) to your cart.  If you  don't see your country listed in the drop-down menu then we are unable to deliver that item to you.

Q. How do I choose which country I'm in?

A. Simply go to the 'Available Option' section on the page of the product you are interested in and look under the title of Countries to choose the country you are in.

 

 

Reward Points

Q. When do I start earning Reward Points?

A. You will start to earn reward points from the very first order you place and pay for.  To get more information please check our Rewards Program tab on the Homepage.

Q. Can I give my points to someone else?

A. Points are non-transferable so they cannot be given to other members.

Q. How do I use my points to fully or part-pay for an order?

A. To get step-by-step instructions on how to redeem your point please check the Reward Points information page where you will see the heading 'How to Redeem Points'.

 

 

Product Related

Q. Why are all your DVD's Region 1 (U.S. Can)?

A. Our current suppliers DVD's are based in the United States.  To ensure customers know what region code a DVD is we provide that information on the product description as well.  But we are always expanding our range of suppliers so this may change soon.

Q. Are all your games and DVD's legitimate items?

A. Yes, we do not sell illegal or bootleg copies.  This is also the case with all our PC & console games.  All our items are genuine products.

Q. Where do your PC & Console games come from?

A. All our games come from the USA.  Our games are the geniune products and not bootleg or illegal copies.  

 

 

Deliveries (Shipping) 

Q. When will you post my item(s)?

A. All order are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Q. Do you dropship?

A. No, we are not dropshippers.  We only provide both billing & delivery detail options as we understand that some customers may prefer to receive orders at their place of employment rather than at home.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. This depends on your location but our usual delivery times are between 3-12 days within Australia and USA and between 10-20 days for Canada and New Zealand.  These are only estimates, however, and do not take into account public holidays, postal delays or unforseen circumstances such as bad weather (floodings, snow falls, etcs).
